Application Process

Applications for admission are available for all terms in 2024. The application filing period extends up to the start date of each term.

Rolling Admission

AELA practices rolling admission. This means applicants will be reviewed and decisions rendered first-come, first-served as applications are received until all seats are filled. Applicants can expect to receive a decision with-in 3 business days of submitting a complete application with application fee and all supporting documents.

Wait List

Once capacity is reached for a given term, applicants will be offered a place on that term’s wait list. On average, AELA offers acceptance to 35% of those placed on a wait list so chances for acceptance are good for wait listed applicants. Alternatively, AELA offers similar start dates at our four campuses. Transferring your application can be a great solution to keeping your career goals on track.

Funding Deadline

The funding deadline is four week prior to the start date each term. Your funding to cover tuition, tools and fees should be verified by AELA’s student accounts department by this date. For additional information on program costs and funding options, visit our Tuition & Funding page.
