APEX Elite Line Academy is located on the campus of Baker Technical Institute (BTI) in beautiful Baker City, Oregon.
Our training yard and classrooms are set against the backdrop of the Blue and Elkhorn Mountains, giving students the perfect environment for outdoor, hands-on training.
